Disabling the antivirus/firewall has resolved the problem in 95% of the cases we get in to the workshop.
In total I think we had around about 20 people bring a computer or laptop in for this reason.
The 5% of failures had something wrong with the operating system or hardware.

Have you found any other way to solve this problem? I’m pretty sure I disabled all my antivirus/firewalls (unless I missed something…), and I’m still getting the error.
